1️⃣ Seller Property Disclosure Statement (SPDS) & CLUE Report Waivers When a seller waives these disclosures, it’s critical to document it properly. We’ll walk through where to add this note in the MLS private remarks and how to upload the waiver form—found in Paperless Pipeline under the Reference Tab – Contract Forms. This protects you and ensures the buyer’s acknowledgment is on file.

2️⃣ Fingerprint Card Clarification from ADRE Recent confusion around fingerprint card renewals has been cleared up. The Assistant Attorney General confirmed that only agents with a criminal record not previously reviewed are required to renew. If that doesn’t apply to you, no action is needed.
