Lance Clyde is a dedicated real estate agent based in Tucson, bringing a unique and highly specialized background to his real estate practice. Before transitioning into real estate, Lance built an accomplished career in medicine, earning a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Utah. He completed advanced training through a transitional internship, an anesthesia residency at Harvard’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and a fellowship in pediatric anesthesia at Boston Children’s Hospital. He is board-certified in both Anesthesiology and Pediatric Anesthesia.
After retiring from his medical career, Lance chose to pursue real estate, where he now applies the same precision, critical thinking, and calm decision-making skills he developed in high-stakes environments. With nearly a year of experience in the industry, he focuses on residential and multifamily commercial properties.
Lance is known for his ability to guide clients through complex and often stressful situations. His background has trained him to make thoughtful, informed decisions under pressure, which is an invaluable asset when navigating real estate transactions. He is passionate about helping clients overcome challenges and ensuring they feel confident and supported throughout the process.

Outside of real estate, Lance enjoys skiing, hiking, reading, and traveling. Having spent years helping families through some of life’s most difficult moments as a pediatric anesthesiologist, Lance is honored to now help clients through another major life milestone, buying or selling a home, with the same level of care, commitment, and professionalism.
